• How do I onboard/download the Reach! app?

    1. Open up the App Store. here
    2. Scroll all the way to the bottom and click “Redeem.”
    3. Enter your Apple ID password.
    4. Enter the promo code. The app will automatically download for free.

• Why do I need to input my Instagram password?

  • Apple has strict guidelines that prevent any application from gathering unauthorized user profile information and passwords. Since we are available on the Apple App Store we adhere to these strict guidelines.
  • The reach! app requests you to input your password so that you can login to Instagram.com, easily manage multiple accounts and we can capture your engagements. The box prompting you to do so is from Instagram itself, it is not our application and is not connected to our servers.  Therefore, we have no access to your password.

• Why do I need to input my birthdate?

  • Some campaigns require influencers be over a certain age — like alcohol and entertainment brands.

• Why do I need to input my location?

  • Some campaigns may require geo-location targeting and request influencers for live event campaigns.

• Why do I need to input my phone number?

  • When you are activated for a campaign we send you a text notification.

• Why is the app $99.99?

  • We want the most elite Instagrammers to download the app. With the price of $99.99, we ensure the Reach network is comprised of top-notch talent.

• Can I refer a friend to be invited to the Reach network?

  • Absolutely! Email hello@reach-labs.com with the Instagram handles of your friends. We’ll review them and if they meet our criteria we will send you a promo code to invite them to the network.

• Why do I need to use Reach?  Why can’t I just post using Instagram?

  • By using Reach, your engagement rate for each campaign posting can be calculated and we can ensure your offer price per photo is up to date.

• If I sell an account I use with Reach, what should I do?

  • Email hello@reach-labs.com so we can make sure to update all information associated with the new account owner.

• Do I need to participate in every campaign?

  • No, but our proprietary technology matches you up with specific categories that you perform well in and that is what we use to pair you up with brands for campaigns. It’s our hope you choose to participate in all of them.

• What happens if I don’t let you know I took down my post?

  • If you delete your Instagram post while the campaign is still running, there is a chance your pay will be deducted since we cannot track engagements once the post is deleted.  Tracked engagements are the proof of participation we give to the brand sponsoring the campaign. You also may not be eligible for future brand campaigns.

Questions On Working With Agents

• How can I use the Reach App to manage my client’s campaigns?

  • If you are an agent that represents Instagram influencers, you can download the Reach app on your phone and create a Reach account with your agency PayPal information, your contact information and your client’s Instagram username to receive alerts for campaigns. Your clients can send you their content to submit on their behalf.
  • If you wish to have your client download the app, review and submit for campaigns themselves, simply have them link your agency PayPal information to their Reach account.

• I represent multiple Instagram influencers. Am I able to manage all their accounts from one app?

  • Yes! Simply click ‘Manage Accounts’ then click the + in the upper right hand corner. You can easily switch accounts just by swiping the user icon from left to right.

Questions To be Answered About the App

•How do I add multiples accounts?

  • Go to ‘Manage Accounts’ and click the + in the top right hand corner. You will be prompted to add another Instagram account of your liking.  All your Instagram accounts are under the one Reach account you signed up with.

• Why do I need to do a Welcome Campaign?

  • The Welcome Campaign allows you to get familiar with the submission process through Reach.  We also use the Welcome Campaign to calculate your average engagements to determine your offer price per photo.

• What’s an engagement campaign?

  • Engagement campaigns are fun content challenges where you can win some cool prizes and compete with other influencers.  No #sp will be added on to any of these campaigns.

• How do I know when I get a new campaign?

  • When you get a new campaign you will get a push notification, text message and an email from us. If you wish to participate in the campaign, make sure you submit the same day because we only activate a short list of influencers.

• When should I post?

  • We will send you a push notification, text message and email letting you know when it’s ok to post your content.  In the campaign directions, we’ll give you a time frame for when you should expect to post.

• How long should I keep up my post?

  • Ideally you are creating content that you will want to keep up indefinitely. However, if you would like to delete your post you must wait until 24 hours after the campaign ends to do so.

• What should I do when I take down my post after the campaign?

  • Please notify us by sending an email to hello@reach-labs.com 30 minutes prior to removing your post.

• What happens if I don’t let you know I took down my post?

  • If you delete your Instagram post while the campaign is still running, there is a chance your pay will be deducted since we cannot track engagements once the post is deleted.  Tracked engagements are the proof of participation we give to the brand sponsoring the campaign. You also may not be eligible for future brand campaigns.

• Why was my content rejected?

  • If your content is rejected you will receive a push notification, text message and email from us letting you know why and what you need to do to resubmit.

• Once I submit how long should I expect to hear something back?

  • Typically, you’ll receive something back within 24 hours.

• How do I know my content was approved?

  • When your content is approved you will receive a push notification, text message and email letting you know it’s been approved and when to post it.

• Can I change my caption after it’s been approved?

  • No. You are compensated for posting the exact image and caption that we have approved.

• Why do you add an #sp to my caption?

  • This is a mandatory, legal requirement.  If you receive compensation in exchange for posting sponsored content you must disclose by using the #sp.

• How do I request payment?

  • When you participate in a campaign you will see your ‘Balance’ increase within each accounts profile section. To cash out, simply click ‘Balance’ and then ‘Request Payment.’

• When do I get paid?

  • Once you ‘Request Payment’ the money will be deposited in your PayPal by the following Friday.

• How do I get paid more?

  • Your offer price per photo is based on the scope of the brand campaign and your average Instagram engagements. The more engagements your Instagram posts receive, the higher your offer price will be.
